Privacy policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Who we are
This policy covers FamilyCoverLine (familycoverline.com, “we”). Contact: hello@familycoverline.com.
What we collect
- Calls: when you call our number, our call-tracking provider records your phone number, the time and length of the call, your approximate location from your phone number or ZIP code and, where permitted, a recording of the call.
- Website: our host keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to run and protect the site. On some pages a call-tracking script shows a phone number and may note which ad or page you came from.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or medical records on this website.
How we use it
To connect your call to a licensed agent who serves your area, to measure which ads work, to prevent fraud, to meet legal and compliance obligations and to answer your questions.
Who we share it with
- The licensed agent or agency your call is connected to. They handle your information under their own privacy policy.
- Service providers that work for us (call tracking, hosting), only for these purposes.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Connecting your call to an agency that pays us may count as “sharing” or “selling” under some US state laws; you can opt out as described below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your state you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email hello@familycoverline.com with the phone number you called from and we will respond within the time the law requires. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request for this browser. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
Call records and recordings are kept for up to 5 years for compliance and dispute handling, then deleted. Technical web logs are kept for a short period only.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
